Junior Architect/Civil Planner

In this role, you will be responsible for creating building designs and detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Liaising with construction professionals to assess the feasibility of potential projects - Collaborating with a team of professionals such as building service engineers and construction managers - Specifying project requirements and adapting plans as needed - Resolving any design issues during construction with innovative solutions - Playing a role in project and team management - Consulting with clients to understand their requirements To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - Knowledge of building work, especially residential building - Proficiency in AutoCAD and good drafting speed and accuracy - Experience in planning, project management, and client handling - Sound understanding of Vaastu principles - Background in civil engineering, drafting, or holding a diploma in a related field This role will be in the Technical Department and requires a minimum experience of 6 months to 2 years, although freshers can also be considered.,
