As an Architectural Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating building designs and highly detailed drawings manually and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Your role will involve liaising with construction professionals to assess the feasibility of potential projects and collaborating with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers and construction managers. You will be required to specify project requirements, adapt plans based on circumstances, and address any issues that may arise during construction. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in project and team management, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and resolving complex design challenges with innovative solutions while maintaining a client-focused attitude. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of building work, particularly in residential buildings, along with proficiency in AutoCAD. Good drafting speed and accuracy in AutoCAD, along with skills in planning, project management, and client handling are essential. Sound knowledge of Vaastu, as well as a background in civil engineering, drafting, or a relevant diploma, would be advantageous. This position requires individuals with 6 months to 2 years of experience, although freshers with the necessary skills are encouraged to apply.
