Junior Architect/Architect

Job Description

Meet with clients to identify their needs and requirements for architectural projects. Manage design projects from initial concept development through to project completion. Develop and present detailed project proposals to clients and stakeholders. Adjust designs and plans based on client feedback to ensure alignment with their expectations. Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents for project execution. Conduct research and compile reports on project feasibility and environmental impact. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations throughout the design and construction process. Determine project budgets and timelines, and adhere to them effectively. Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless execution. Job Requirements: Degree in architecture or a related field. Previous experience as an Architect (preferred but not mandatory for Junior Architect roles). Excellent technical drawing skills. Strong communication and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and architectural software programs such as Revit. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations.
