Job Title: Junior Architect

Company Overview:

Our client is seeking talented Junior Architects to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Architect, you'll play a key role in planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with senior architects and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

Junior Architect (2 years of experience)

- Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects

- Assist in developing design concepts and schemes

- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

- Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications

- Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Midlevel Architect (4 years of experience)

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of approval drawings for residential and commercial projects

- Develop design concepts and schemes, and present to clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and preferences

- Prepare and submit permit applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design and documentation

- Requirements:

- 0 to 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience
