Junior Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support ongoing renovation works, pre-construction activities for our new luxury resort project, and architectural + interior designingcoordinationThe role involves design, site coordination, vendor management, and market research, and reports directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, interior layouts, detail drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution as per drawings and design intent.
• Maintain drawing logs, revision sheets, and design documentation in an organized manner.
• Assist in interior design tasks including concepts, finishes, material selection, furnishing, lighting layouts, and mood boards.
• Conduct regular site visits to check accuracy, quality, and progress.
• Undertake market visits for materials, samples, and product research (tiles, hardware, lighting, furniture, fabrics, etc.).
• Support in vendor meetings, negotiations, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare measurement sheets, assist in bill checking, and support certification work.
• Coordinate for design presentations and documentation for management review.
• Maintain proactive communication with project coordinator, site teams, and suppliers.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS office(mandatory).
• Knowledge of materials, interior detailing, finishes, and construction processes.
• Good design sense and ability to translate concepts into workable drawings.
• Strong documentation, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Willingness to travel between Talcher, Angul, Bhubaneswar, and other project-related locations.
• Self-driven, responsible, and willing to learn quickly.

Qualification

• B.Arch (2–3 year’s experience preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
