Role Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support ongoing renovation works, pre-construction activities for our new luxury resort project, and architectural + interior designingcoordinationThe role involves design, site coordination, vendor management, and market research , and reports directly to the Director. Role Summary This is the Director’s core execution and coordination role . You will act as the single-point coordinator for hotel renovation, new project activities, vendor follow-ups, government liaison, documentation, and task tracking.Your primary responsibility is to convert instructions into timely action , ensure smooth communication across teams, and support the Director in day-to-day management tasks. Key Responsibilities Maintain a daily task tracker for all instructions from the Director and ensure follow-through. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal hotel departments . Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior, civil, and renovation works for our hotel and upcoming luxury resort project. The candidate must be hands-on, disciplined, and capable of handling labour, contractors, vendors, and site quality independently. Key Responsibilities Daily supervision of civil and interior works (tiling, plumbing, electrical coordination, carpentry, POP/gypsum, paint, fabrication). Ensure execution strictly as per architectural drawings, details, and project specifications . Check quality, finishing, levels, measurements , and site workmanship. Monitor material usage, check deliveries, and prevent wastage. Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other vendors. Maintain daily work progress reports with photos and submit to Director/Coordinator. Assist in installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E) , lighting, AC units, and hospitality-related items. Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments .
