Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations. Support the design team in concept development and detailing. Prepare working drawings and 3D visualizations as required. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance. Assist in preparing project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications. Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Maintain project files and ensure proper documentation. Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong visualization and design presentation skills. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
