Role Overview

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
conceptual design, planning, and presentations
.
Prepare
accurate 2D architectural drawings
(plans, sections, elevations, working drawings).
Create
3D views and visualizations
for design presentations.
Work on
municipal submission drawings, tender sets, and construction documentation
.
Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams for
design coordination
.
Ensure designs comply with
building codes, by-laws, and regulations
.
Support in
material research, BOQs, and project documentation
.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch).
1–3 years of professional experience.
Strong skills in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office
.
Good understanding of
construction materials, details, and processes
.
Creative, detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.
