About the Role

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

  working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections

  using AutoCAD.
• Develop

  3D models and conceptual designs

  using SketchUp.
• Create

  photorealistic renders and walkthroughs

  using Lumion.
• Assist in design presentations, material selection, and detailing.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum

  1 year of professional experience

  in an architectural/interior design firm.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion

  is mandatory.
• Good understanding of design principles, detailing, and site coordination.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
