Junior Architect

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for understanding the coordination done by the lead architect with other disciplines such as structure, MEP, HVAC, and Landscape, and accurately recording and revising drawings accordingly. You should also have the ability to comprehend company standards and produce VFC drawings in alignment with them. Additionally, it is essential to possess knowledge of FSI consumption calculation by DCR during the concept stage. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and implement coordination instructions from the lead architect with various disciplines - Record and revise drawings based on coordination requirements - Produce VFC drawings following company standards - Calculate FSI consumption according to DCR during the concept stage Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. It is required that you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra before starting work.,
