Junior Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives. Design development from concept design to working drawing incorporating services like MEP structure, etc. Create detailed architectural drawings, plans. Technical Documentation & Compliance: Produce comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details. Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations. Prepare and submit permit applications. Project Coordination & Management: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations. Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 0 to 2 years of professional experience in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
