Role Description This is a full-time on-site Junior Architect role located in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, creating architectural drawings and 3D models, collaborating with senior architects, and participating in client meetings and site visits. Qualifications Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and ensure adherence to design specifications Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project on-site Assist in overseeing the construction process and address any design-related issues that arise on-site. Prepare detailed documentation for site activities, including site reports, progress updates, and technical drawings. Review and interpret design drawings and specifications, ensuring they align with the on-site work. Support senior architects and project managers in managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Help in resolving on-site issues, providing solutions that align with the project’s design intent. Assist in reviewing and approving materials, finishes, and workmanship on-site. Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any adjustments needed.

The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interior layouts. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, Fixtures, and Equipment), and ensuring the execution of design projects aligns with client expectations. The Interior Designer will work closely with architects and construction teams to bring design concepts to life. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design Experience with Architecture principles and creating Construction Drawings Strong visual and conceptual design skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is a plus Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
