Junior Architect

As an Architect at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting architectural projects. Your role involves collaborating with clients and team members to create innovative designs that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations. You will use your strong technical skills to develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various design software. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with building codes, and interact with clients to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and team members on design development - Generate hand sketches based on client requirements - Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using design software - Conduct site analysis to ensure practical and feasible designs - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards - Interact with clients, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field - Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred - Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in architectural design or related field required In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a Full-Time Position with Flexible hours and competitive hourly compensation based on experience.,
