Job Description:

● Revit and Lumion Training:
You will be working extensively with Revit to develop interior designs. Revit training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped to use this software effectively. In addition, you will work with Lumion to create preliminary material applications and visual representations of design ideas. Lumion training will also be provided, allowing you to enhance your ability to bring design concepts to life.

● Preliminary Visualization:
Initial material applications on Revit models will be carried out using Lumion. The final rendering and finishing will be handled by our 3D specialists, but your role will be crucial in setting the foundation. The office will provide hands-on training for both Revit and Lumion to ensure you're comfortable with these tools.

● Client, Vendor, and Contractor Interactions:
You will attend meetings with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will gradually take on a more active role in presenting to clients and engaging with them directly. The office supports your development, and you will be given opportunities to present your work when your knowledge and skills are ready, ensuring proper execution and confidence in your presentations.

● Communication:
Clear and effective written communication via email and WhatsApp with internal teams, clients, and vendors is required. All messages should be comprehensive and precise to avoid confusion.

● Self-management:
You will be expected to proactively manage your tasks and escalate issues to the appropriate people when necessary. Actively seek solutions from other experts in the office when you encounter challenges that cannot be solved on your own. This role encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

● MEP Coordination:
You will coordinate with MEP consultants and vendors, learning to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in relation to interior design.

The office is committed to your professional growth and will provide structured training workshops in the following areas:

● Revit Training: In-depth training on Revit software for interior design applications.

● Lumion Training: Hands-on training for creating realistic material applications and visualizations.

● MEP Coordination

● Furniture and Furnishings

● Hand Drawing Techniques for issue resolution

● Decorative Elements (e.g., lighting, art, accessories)

● Natural Stone

● Window Dressings

These dedicated training workshops will allow you to expand your knowledge and develop the practical skills needed for a variety of design tasks. You’ll be expected to attend these workshops with dedication and actively apply the insights you gain to your projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
