Construction Simplified is hiring an Architect in Nigdi

Eligibility:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an Junior Architect in Architecture or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an Senior Architect in Architecture or related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept through completion.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software like Lumion, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, etc.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative designs.
• Participate in project meetings, providing design input and updates.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and provide design recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
