Junior Architect

Role Overview: As a Junior Architect specializing in Faade Design, Detailing & Working Drawings, your main responsibility will be to support the faade design and technical documentation team. You will assist in developing faade concepts, preparing working drawings, faade layouts, and system details under the guidance of senior architects. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy highly technical work, construction detailing, and close collaboration with experienced architects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing faade concepts, design iterations, and material studies. - Support preparation of faade layouts, elevations, and system details. - Prepare highly accurate working drawings, faade detail sheets, and fabrication-ready documentation. - Translate design intent into practical, buildable details under the guidance of senior architects. - Coordinate with site teams, structural consultants, and design leads to understand and translate design requirements. - Participate in occasional site visits for measurements, faade mock-up reviews, and installation understanding. - Ensure precision, clarity, and consistency in all drawings and detail sheets. - Maintain updated drawing logs, revisions, and documentation records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Strong interest in faade systems, construction details, and working drawings. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. - Basic knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D tools (a plus). - Understanding of materials such as ACP, glass, metal, stone, and faade finishes is an advantage. - Good aptitude for geometry, accuracy, and technical drafting. - Ability to comprehend architectural drawings, sections, and design intent.,
