Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in the design and development of residential and commercial projects. Primary responsibilities include creating architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, coordinating project requirements, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role also involves participating in project management tasks and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, focusing on innovative and functional spaces
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to digital design and architectural software tools
• Knowledge of Project Management, including task coordination, deadline adherence, and communication with stakeholders
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Understanding of material selection and construction processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
