Job Description

Role & responsibilities As Junior Engineer -Application you will in charge of Robotic Application Study, Concept preparation do simulation and Pro-active working with sales team to close the enquiries. Also do application programming of Robots and service supports. Key Roles and Responsibilities (List the key roles and responsibilities of this job) Work very closely with internal and external customers to understand their automation needs and provide solutions that use robots and other automation products Application Study ofcustomer requirementst and prepare the Concept Develop custom robotics solutions and demonstrate atthe proof-of-concept (POC) level Application program development of Robots as per SOP Provide applications support or Service support on technical issues at th customer'ss site as required Learn how to identify root cause of hardware and software issues by analyzing data Support customers by providing product feedback and reporting issues to the engineering team Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical aspects of the robot to determine faulty parts to be changed out Conduct training to customers and create training documentation Document troubleshooting procedures and assist with features for robotics product improvement Support the setup, management and tear down of equipment at trade shows and road shows Must have: Technical understanding of robots and Cobots in Machine Tending, Assembly, Pick and Place etc. applications Technical understanding of Robot programm, and vision programming Technical understanding with Robot Operating System (ROS) Technical understanding in .NET framework Knowledge of computer vision principles Keen to explore and solve technical challenges in automation Creativity in coming up with solutions using limited resources Good communication skills in oral and written English. Self-motivated individual who is a team player Customer-oriented attitude Preferred candidate profile B.E./Diploma in the engineering stream. ( preferably in Mechatronics) 2-5 years of experience in preparing configuration, , Programming, Installation, and Commissioning of Robotics solutions at customer site Programming of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robots Programming of SCARA, Delta ( parallel), Articulated robots ( 6 axis), Mobile Knowledge of Mechatronic systems, C#, AutoCAD , Solidwork, Knowledge of Industrial Networking and communications like Device Net, Modbus, Profi-bus, Profi-net, E-CAT
