Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.3. To manage the targets assigned by the management4. To foster & monitor the sales revenues by offering Omron one step solutions OEM & direct customer (end users) in the Food and Commodities segment across the assigned territory. 5. Creating account plans for each (KEY) accounts and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.6. Identify potential customers maintain the relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region.7. Intra-department coordination with the organization to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.8. Responsible to develop action plans to enhance the sales of the assigned region.9. To develop & maintain healthy relationship with System Integrators and Channel Partners.10. Work with the horizontal functions to identify new application solutions to promote sales growth. Execute plans through the required application and sales teams.11. Respond promptly to sales requests for customer engagement needs.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales portfolio in Industrial Automation IndustryIndustrial Automation products - PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Safety, Robotics Good working knowledge of MS Office, ExcelFor Food & Commodities: Experience to handle big End user and OEMs in Pharma, FMCG segment. For Automotive - experience in sales portfolio in Industrial Automation Industry, handling OEM and End-user customers in Automotive segment. For Infra: Infrastructure, Panel Builders, EPC, Switchgears For Digital: 5G, Mobile, White goods, Electronics, Battery, Semiconductors.Important Skills Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
