Junior Apparel (Sportswear) & Product Designer

As a Junior Designer at our company, you will be responsible for blending creative tasks in sportswear (apparel) design and product design. Your role will involve staying updated on current trends in sports fashion, utilizing design tools effectively, and being open to continuous learning and development in both apparel and product domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Apparel (Sportswear) Design** - Assist in creating seasonal sportswear collections for mens, womens, and kids. - Support the design of activewear, performance wear, and athleisure in line with the brand's identity. - Conduct market and trend research to inform design decisions. - Generate flat sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production purposes. - Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams. - **Product Design** - Aid in designing various sports products such as bags, caps, water bottles, and accessories. - Develop detailed product concepts, mock-ups, and renderings. - Assist with branding, packaging, and ensuring product aesthetics are functional. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion/apparel or product design (including internships). - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW; familiarity with 3D tools like Clo3D/Blender is a plus. - Strong sense of aesthetics, color, materials, and usability. - Interest in sports and an active lifestyle is advantageous. - Ability to multitask and collaborate across different design areas. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
