Junior Analyst

In this role within the Compliance and Risk Team, you will work closely with the C&R Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of various AML/KYC Compliance processes at the Shared Service Centre. Your main responsibility will be to assist in C&R process improvements, handle tasks from inception to resolution, and contribute to compliance and operational projects. Key Responsibilities: - Get involved in areas such as Corporate Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, and PEP/Sanctions Checks - Ensure adherence to process flows and set procedures - Track and report relevant performance metrics - Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality in handling customer data - Meet SLAs consistently Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience, Any Graduate with specialization - Previous experience in Shared Services or AML/KYC Compliance & Risk is a plus - Strong investigative and research abilities - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Proactive, detail-oriented, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn - Adaptability to interact with customers and employees at all organizational levels If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide that information.,
