Junior AI Creative Designer

About the Role:

At Obbserv AI, we're reimagining what creative campaigns can be. We are seeking a passionate and talented Generative AI Artist to join our team of new-age campaign creators. In this role, you won't just be a designer; you'll be a pioneer, using a palette of cutting-edge AI tools to craft stunning visuals. You will blend imagination, artistic skill, and technology to build impactful campaigns for world-famous brands where anything is possible. 

What You'll Own:

• Create AI-driven visuals:

  Use a combination of Generative AI image and video tools (like Kling, Seedream, Seedance) and traditional software to produce high-quality assets for brand campaigns. 

• Collaborate with creative teams:

  Work closely with AI Campaign Managers, strategists, and copy teams to transform concepts, scripts, and storyboards into compelling visual narratives. 

• Master the craft:

  Elevate AI-generated content through expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, ensuring every output is polished and professional. 

• Innovate and experiment

  : Continuously explore and experiment with new AI tools and workflows (like Nano Banana, Flux Kontext, Hailou, Higgsfield) to discover new possibilities and push creative boundaries. 

• Uphold visual excellence

  : Ensure all creative assets are visually stunning, on-brand, and align with the campaign's strategic goals. 

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in a creative role such as a junior graphic designer, motion artist, or visual designer. 
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. 
• A deep passion and hands-on experience with Generative AI image and video tools. 
• A strong grasp of fundamental design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and motion. 
• A natural aesthetic eye and meticulous attention to detail. 
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 
• Curiosity for how AI and creativity fuse to redefine the future of campaigns.
