Position: Junior Agriculture Trainee Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture (Both Freshers & Experience) Location: [preferred Erode candidate only] Employment Type: Full-time / Trainee Male candidates only. Job Description:- We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates for the role of Junior Agriculture Trainee. As a trainee, you will work closely with our research and development team to support critical agricultural activities, including: Key Responsibilities: Soil Testing and Analysis: Collect soil samples from field locations, prepare them for analysis, and assist in testing key parameters such as pH, nutrient levels, organic content, and moisture. Interpret soil test results and support the development of soil health reports. Paddy Field Research: Participate in field-based paddy research activities including crop monitoring, pest/disease observation, data recording, and evaluating the effectiveness of different agronomic practices. Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve crop yield, resistance, and sustainability. Desired Candidate Profile: * Strong interest in agricultural practices and research * Willingness to work in field environments and rural areas * Good observation and record-keeping skills * Basic understanding of soil chemistry or crop science * Eagerness to learn and grow in the agriculture domain Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Schedule: Day shift Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: Remote
