Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Senior Admissions Counselor located in Pune. The role involves guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, providing information on educational programs, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Daily tasks include following up with leads, conducting admissions counseling, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining admission records while collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and counsel prospective students and families
• Experience in customer service, ensuring a professional and supportive approach to prospective students
• Sales aptitude to identify opportunities, build relationships, and achieve enrollment objectives
• Understanding of educational programs and the ability to provide relevant guidance and information
• Familiarity with admissions procedures and client management systems is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
