Junior Admissions Counsellor

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Admissions Counsellor to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year college students with strong communication skills and an interest in guiding students about academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to prospective students and parents about courses and admissions.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in organising admissions events, workshops, and school fairs.
• Maintain records of student interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Support the admissions team with documentation, application review, and coordination.
• Represent the institute during external visits and virtual info sessions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (major requirement).
• Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates can apply.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with students and parents.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
