Designation: Account Executive Shift: US Shift Location: Vadodara Preference: Localite Company Profile: https://ascendion.com/ About The Role: Ascendion is seeking a dynamic Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives and strategizing to target prospective clients and customers. The Business Development Team is integral to our organization's success as they drive revenue through client referrals, network expansion, and proactive engagement. As an Account Executive, you will continuously refine your skills, staying abreast of industry trends, while fostering positive relationships with potential business partners. What You'll Do: Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. New Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue leads to expand business. Conduct regular meetings: and presentations to clients to understand their needs and propose solutions. Facilitate meetings for counterparts in the US through cold calls and emails. Handle incoming inquiries and pass them to the appropriate sales representative or account manager for further action. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including sales, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met effectively . Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with Vendor partners to secure profitable deals . Client-first Approach: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle incoming inquiries and pass them to the appropriate sales representative or account manager for further action Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Product and Services : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role. Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
