Key Responsibilities : Assist in day-to-day accounting operations. Maintain and update accounting records and documents. Handle data entry for financial transactions. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. Generate basic reports (e.g., invoices, expense statements). Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment clarifications. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting domain. Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software is a plus.
