(www.mysteryrooms.in) Job Description: Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the owner's attention. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary. Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Coordinate monthly and quarterly audits and assist CA with conducting audits. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure. Must have knowledge of all returns related to a Private Limited Company. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Associate’s degree in related field with proven work experience. Minimum 1 year experience More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required. Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with basic accounting principles. Professional manner and strong ethical code. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
