Job Description

As an Accountant in our company, your role involves various key responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations. - Daily Accounting Entries: - Record purchase, sales, and expense transactions in accounting software. - Assist with bank reconciliations. - Invoice & Billing Support: - Generate customer invoices. - Coordinate with vendors regarding dues. - GST & TDS Compliance (Basic): - Support in preparing data for GST returns. - Maintain records of TDS deducted and challans. - Petty Cash Handling: - Record and reconcile daily cash expenses. - Maintain petty cash register and receipts. - Inventory & Stock Entry (Basic): - Record fabric and raw material inward/outward entries. - Coordinate with store team for physical stock checks. - Documentation & Filing: - Maintain files for invoices, receipts, and bank statements. - Assist in audit preparation and documentation. - Other Support Activities: - Assist senior accountants with month-end closing tasks. - Prepare basic reports like sales summary, expense summary, etc. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance. - 02 years of accounting experience (internship/factory experience is a plus). - Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.). - Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, data entry, basic formulas). The skills essential for this position are: - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination. - Ability to handle confidential data. - Willingness to learn and adapt. If you join our team, you will be working full-time on a day shift at our in-person work location starting from 01/07/2025.,
