Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance tasks. The role involves maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting audits.

Experience : 1 to 3 Year

Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, petty cash, and vouchers.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment-related queries.
Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
