Location: On Site Type: Full-Time | Internship / Junior Role Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (or negotiable based on skill) 🧩 About RealRender3D RealRender3D is a UK-based architectural visualization company specializing in high-quality 3D renderings for architects, developers, and designers worldwide. With growing project volume, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our production workflow and ensure final model files are validated and organized before delivery. 🔧 Job Overview The Junior 3D Asset Reviewer will assist in the daily quality control of 3D model files delivered by our production team. This is not a creative modeling role — it is a quality check + file management role. You’ll open 3D model files (primarily .max files), check them for basic functionality, and organize them for handover. 🧪 Responsibilities Open and review ~30-40 3Ds Max files (.max) daily for: Loading errors Missing textures/assets Broken scene references General file integrity (no crash, black screen, etc.) Ensure file naming conventions and structure are as per project requirements Create a text note/caption for each file (short note on what's inside) Organize models into folders, zip them, and upload to designated Google Drive or shared storage Communicate with the lead if any files fail to meet standards Maintain a daily log of files reviewed and submitted ✅ Requirements Basic proficiency in 3Ds Max & Vray Understands viewport navigation, render previews, asset linking Good system hygiene: organizing files, folders, and naming consistently Ability to spot and communicate technical errors clearly Reliable internet connection and decent PC for 3D model viewing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs 💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with Corona Basic understanding of rendering pipeline Experience working with 3D architectural models ⏰ Work Schedule Monday to Saturday Must be consistent, as model files arrive daily 🚀 What You’ll Gain Learn how a professional 3D rendering studio handles real client projects Exposure to international architectural visualization standards Entry into the 3D industry with potential to transition into modeling or production roles 📩 How to Apply Please share your CV, portfolio (if available), and a short note about your experience with 3Ds Max.
