Title of the Project: Design and Development of Alternative Air Bearings for High-Speed ACM Rotor Used in Cold Air Unit of Aircraft..
Research work of the project includes Design, Development and experimentaion of gas bearings for Air cycle machines used in Light Combact Aircrafts. Candidate may register for Ph.D. at NIT Rourkela subject to fulfilling the Institute criteria.
B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% with valid GATE score and M.E/M.Tech In Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Manufacturing Technology/Industrial Engineering/Energy Engineering (Machine Design/Thermal Engineering/Production Engineering/Cryogenic/ with minimum CGPA of 7.0 or 65% from a recognized Technical Institute/University with valid GATE Score.
