Role & responsibilities

• Industry / product / market updates
• Support research and innovation
• Subscription of various databases and provide necessary training to user group.
• Curation of in-house databases
• Collate regular updates in the field of research, technology and regulatory area and suggest recommendations to the Business Unit.
• Classification, Cataloguing and Circulation

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications : Post-graduation, MLISc (Masters in Library & Information Science) or M.Sc in science stream with minimum of 60% marks and a consistently good academic record.

Work Experience :

0-3 years of experience

• Content/Report writing
• Prior art search / Literature search and compilation
• Preparation of competitive mapping
• Understanding of Knowledge Management/content management tools such as SharePoint, Drupal, DSpace, E-prints, KOHA and Greenstone.
• Understanding of LIBSYS automation tool Cloud environment.
• Webpage designing using various tools such as HTML/XML, CSS, Python and Java
• Library management Classification, Cataloguing and Circulation
• Good computer skills include programming languages, data analysis tools and project management applications.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
