Job Description

At AppsRow Solutions LLP, a Webflow Premium Partner agency, we help global brands grow through branding, UI/UX design, Webflow development, and digital marketing. As a Jr. Video/Reel Editor, you will create engaging short-form content, edit reels, and bring creative storytelling to life for social media and digital campaigns.
 
Responsibilities
  • Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
  • Add music, transitions, captions, and effects to make content engaging
  • Support the social media and marketing team with campaign-focused video edits
  • Stay updated on trending reel formats, memes, and editing styles
  • Organize raw footage and maintain a structured content library
  • Deliver videos optimized for each platform (aspect ratio, resolution, compression)
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut
  • Creativity and awareness of social media content trends
  • Understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling in short-form video
  • Good sense of music syncing, typography, and motion graphics fundamentals
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with design and marketing teams
  • Portfolio or sample work of reels or short-form content (preferred)
Performance Metrics
  • Quality and creativity of video edits and reels
  • Engagement levels (views, likes, shares) on published content
  • Timeliness in delivering videos for campaigns
  • Adaptability to trends and feedback
