As a Jr. Social Media Manager, you will support the social media team in developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and building brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media platforms

Support Meta Ads campaigns including audience setup, monitoring, and reporting

Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency

Engage with communities through comments, replies, and direct messages

Track performance metrics and help prepare weekly and monthly reports

Stay updated on trending content formats, hashtags, and platform updates

Requirements

Basic understanding of social media platforms and how businesses use them

Strong interest in digital marketing and paid ads (Meta Ads preferred)

Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Figma (preferred but not required)

Good English communication skills and creative thinking ability

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced social media environment

Performance Metrics

Accuracy and timeliness in content scheduling and execution
