About the Role:

We re looking for a passionate and creative

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that solve real user problems.

What We re Looking For:

0 1 year of UX/UI design experience (internships, freelance, academic projects all welcome)

Basic English communication skills is an absolute must

Portfolio showcasing thoughtful interactions designs with modern/ visually appealing UI

Proficiency in Figma, including strong understanding of Auto Layout

Can clearly explain design decisions what was chosen, why, and the trade-offs considered

Shows curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and seeking to understand user and business needs

Approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset, looking for practical solutions within constraints

Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

A team player who collaborates well with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders

Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces

Nice to Have :

Exposure to design systems

Familiarity with responsive design principles

Understanding of accessibility and data visualization basics

Previous experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
