Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Technical Trainer based in Ahmedabad. The Jr. Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, providing training and development support, and improving training materials. The role also involves facilitating communication and ensuring effective training sessions for various technical topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and Technical Trainers roles
• Should have experience in mentoring.
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Excellent presentation and instructional skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in creating and improving training materials
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
