Job Title: Jr. Technical Engineer

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Installation and servicing of IoT-based devices (GPS, iTank, AWS, etc.)
• Attend on-site and remote service calls for technical support and troubleshooting
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and documentation
• Coordinate with the service and R&D teams for issue resolution
• Provide detailed reports on service tasks and installations
• Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions
• Maintain proper records of service logs, materials used, and field reports

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I or other electronics/electrical-related streams
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
• Willingness to learn and work in the field
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
