Jr. Technical Engineer

Job Title: Jr. Technical Engineer

Location: Perundurai

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and service IoT controllers used for Water Level Monitoring Systems (iTank) and other products.
• Attend service calls and resolve technical issues promptly at customer sites.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer needs, and provide accurate quotations.
• Update the project/service status daily to the management team.
• Attend exhibitions, events, and client demos, and professionally represent Real Tech.
• Maintain all installation, service, and customer documentation accurately.
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and ensure smooth implementation.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I, or related electronics field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel locally for installations and support.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and IoT is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
