Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Tech Associate located in Bhopal. The Jr Tech Associate is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting research, and performing tasks that require strong analytical skills. The individual will also be expected to communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MERN, MEAN Stack and Figma
• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities
• Technical Support and Research skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in architecture or design industries is a plus
