Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update software as per business requirementTroubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.LAN & WAN ManagementConfigure, Implement & Maintain Network Policy and Server Level PolicyConfigure, Implement & Maintain Asset ManagementEnsure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems and data securityBackup required data and disposal of removable media Install, configure and maintain server (windows, linux)Managing Active directory, DNS, DHCP and group policyMonitor System performance and troubleshoot issueEnsure system security through firewall, patches and access controlsSupport end users and resolve technical issuesTechnical Skills sets:Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsKnowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programsNew Firewall Configuration & Daily Monitoring of Firewall
