Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Store Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Jr. Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring optimal store performance. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to achieve store targets and deliver a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Retail and Sales
• Understanding of Commerce principles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience in managing store operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred
