Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Image Annotator to join our machine vision team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately labeling images and videos to train and validate our machine learning models. This role is critical in ensuring that our machine vision algorithms are trained with high-quality data for tasks such as object detection, semantic segmentation, and instance segmentation. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Image and Video Annotation: • Accurately label objects, regions, and features within images and videos according to provided guidelines. 2. Quality Assurance: • Review and validate annotations to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Identify and correct any errors in the annotations, ensuring high-quality data output. 3. Tool Usage: • Utilize annotation tools and software efficiently to label large datasets. • Provide feedback on annotation tools and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 4. Collaboration: • Work closely with machine learning engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality annotated data. • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, solutions, and best practices in data annotation. 5. Documentation: • Maintain clear documentation of annotation guidelines and ensure adherence to them during the annotation process. • Document any edge cases or anomalies encountered during the annotation process for future reference. 6. Continuous Improvement: • Stay updated with the latest annotation techniques and best practices. • Continuously improve annotation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
