Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning
  • Assist in the installation of solar PV modules, inverters, and electrical systems.
  • Perform wiring, mounting, and testing under supervision.
  • Support in system commissioning and performance verification.
  • Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar plants.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in solar systems (inverters, modules, cabling, etc.).
  • Replace faulty components and ensure system uptime.
  • Technical Support
  • Support senior engineers during breakdowns and service calls.
  • Record service reports, fault logs, and maintenance data.
  • Communicate site issues and solutions clearly to the team lead.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow electrical safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
