Jr. Sales Executive

The role involves on-boarding and establishing ties with new brands within the assigned category by closely collaborating with Business Development Managers. You will support the Business Development Manager in their day-to-day tasks and assist in the implementation of organizational policies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and networking. Analyzing and evaluating important metrics of brands to drive business expansion will also be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will work on identifying strategic commercial prospects in collaboration with Business Development Managers and assist in negotiating and closing deals in accordance with company norms and procedures. It is essential to maintain close collaboration with the reporting manager and colleagues to ensure alignment of goals with both new and existing brand relationships. Proactively addressing any escalation or brand issues will be part of your duties. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BBM/BSC with a minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th, and graduation. - Proficiency in English vocabulary; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. - Strong command of Microsoft Excel. - 0-2 years of relevant experience.
