Jr. Sales Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for finding potential buyers for the machines and services offered by the company. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in increasing the organization's turnover on a regular basis. It is preferable for candidates to reside in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Search for new clients in a designated region who could benefit from the products - Arrange meetings with potential customers through cold calls to prospect for new business - Travel to visit potential clients (Must have a two-wheeler) - Establish and maintain relationships with customers - Manage and interpret customer requirements - Persuade clients that the product or service will best satisfy their needs - Calculate client quotations and negotiate tender and contract terms - Close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions - Offer after-sales support services and administer client accounts - Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports for the head office, and meet regular sales targets - Record and maintain client contact data, coordinate sales projects, and support marketing activities - Make technical presentations, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide pre-sales technical assistance - Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts, solve client problems, and help in designing custom-made products - Provide training and support material for the sales team, develop customer staff by providing technical information and training - Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying issues, recommending options, and implementing directives - Learn technical details about the software and machines, demonstrate machines at client sites, and manage customer relations by soliciting and evaluating client feedback - Perform any other tasks necessary to achieve company sales targets - Maintain daily interactions with superiors, keep them informed about planned actions, and ensure subordinates are performing their tasks effectively Qualifications Required: - Mechanical Engineer (Male Only) - Full-time, Permanent, Fresher job type - Cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund benefits - Work location: In person, preferably residing in Hyderabad Please ensure to feed daily activities with all customers in the CRM system.,
