Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Rebar Estimator, located in Salem. The Junior Rebar Estimator will be responsible for performing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates, and assisting with project proposals. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with senior estimators, using aSa estimation software, and maintaining accurate records of estimates. Additionally, the Junior Rebar Estimator will support project managers in ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or engineering fields, particularly in rebar estimation and detailing
• Experience of at least 1.5 Years
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., aSa, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, ZWCAD)
• Basic understanding of structural drawings and construction documentation
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Salem
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
