Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rebar Detailer located in Salem. The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for creating code-compliant shop drawings, bar bending schedules, placement drawings, and fabrication details using AutoCAD and RebarCAD. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, ensuring detailing accuracy, and adhering to project deadlines. The role also involves collaborating with the estimation team to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications. Qualifications Experience with Shop Drawings Knowledge of Rebar and Steel Structures Ability to interpret and produce Structural & Architectural Drawings Proficiency with AutoCAD, RebarCAD, and other relevant software tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Previous experience of at least 1 Year

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Rebar Estimator, located in Salem. The Junior Rebar Estimator will be responsible for performing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates, and assisting with project proposals. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with senior estimators, using aSa estimation software, and maintaining accurate records of estimates. Additionally, the Junior Rebar Estimator will support project managers in ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. Qualifications Experience in construction or engineering fields, particularly in rebar estimation and detailing Experience of at least 1.5 Years Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., aSa, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, ZWCAD) Basic understanding of structural drawings and construction documentation Strong analytical and mathematical skills Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Salem Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
