Jr. Purchase Executive

As a Procurement Specialist, your primary role will involve order processing, supplier management, inventory control, delivery tracking, cost analysis, and record keeping. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing purchase requisitions and processing accurate and timely purchase orders from various departments. - Researching and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. - Monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations and coordinating stock replenishment as needed. - Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure goods and services arrive on time. Resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise. - Conducting market research, comparing quotes from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. - Maintaining accurate and updated purchasing records, files, and data in the company's systems. In addition to the key responsibilities, the job also requires a willingness to travel 75% of the time. The work location is in person.
