Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Purchase HOD with day-to-day procurement activities.
· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans.
· Send enquiry emails to vendors and follow up for quotes.
· Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and material delivery status.
· Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and organize purchase documents.
· Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to track deliveries.
· Support in basic data analysis for vendor performance, pricing, and timelines.
Use Excel for data management; familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
Qualification
· Any graduate. Engineering background preferable.
Experience
· Fresher or experienced.
. Experience in EPC/project-based procurement is a plus but not mandatory.
